Your fear is unnecessary. there is no connection between cancer/brain function to hair dye, but majority of hair dye is being made from ammonia (Chemical) based, it will weaken your hair and so you would face hair loss, baldness problems if you use over time.

Instead, use 'protein based dye'. It will boost hair growth and you will get healthy hair because of the protein.

Though avoid often use of hair dye, at least give a month gap between each hair dye.
