Motion sickness symptoms are like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, vertigo, and malaise.

Motion sickness is common among Children and Women. This is due to irregular or abnormal movements which disturb the organs of balance located in the inner ear. This is usually happens while traveling in a car or bus, especially uphill or downhill, particularly if the curves are taken fast. It is commoner among children who tend to be emotionally disturbed.

Poor Ventilation or hunger makes it worse. Stopping the car or Bus and walking about for a bit to get some fresh air helps. Lying down also relieves the symptoms.

Motion sickness can occur while traveling by air or sea, or even sitting in a swing. There are some medicines for preventing the motion sickness and vomiting. which can be taken before starting on a journey.

A doctor should be consulted before giving the medicines.
