Prickly heat Natural home remdy-1:
1. Take half a bowl of gram flour
2. Add 15 to 20 crushed Neem leaves
3. Add a little water
Mix it well and apply the paste on infected area and leave it as it is for about 15 mints after which wash it off with cold water.
this will remove the dead cells and give re-leaf from inflammation.
Prickly heat Natural home remdy-2:
Apply papaya or cucumber pulp on the affected area and leave it as it for about 20 to 25 mints after which wash it off with normal water. this cools the skin and re-leaves the itching.
To prevent the occurrences of skin rashes during summer, wear loose cotton clothes which dry off easily and and prevent the accumulation of body sweat.
